UV Curable Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive

This conductive adhesive can be used to connect flex circuits to PCBs or other connections without the use of heat. This allows the user to less expensive materials and not worry about heat.

B-Stageable Die Attach Epoxy

Panacol is proud to introduce a B-Stage die attach epoxy.  This epoxy can be dispensed or printed onto the wafer, lead frame or substrate then B-staged.  Later as needed you can attach the die and do final curing.  Panacol offers high thermal conductive epoxies and standard Ag filled epoxies.
